A licensed Doctor of Optometry since 2018 with a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health.

I have had the honor of checking the ocular health of a number of patients in many different settings including hospitals, private practices and corporate offices. In every one of my locations I’ve enjoyed educating patients on what their eyes tell me. Eyes are truly amazing.

During my first few years of practice I realized there was a disconnect between a typical diagnosis and access to treatment for many of my patients.

I’d find my self saying something along the lines of:

“diabetes is affecting your vision, controlling your blood sugar is the best treatment”

While true, I was left wondering how does my patient actually do this. Do they have a nutritionist to talk to, access to affordable nutritious food choices, access to a working kitchen?

I decided to do what I could to close the gap between discussing treatment and actually being treated by creating a space that provides and educates.

This site and business is founded with the intent to bring visitors education for your eyes, nutrition and overall wellness.
